flow rate on this unit tops out at 60 LPM if I'm reading right -- that hold up for a press application or is that pushing it?

60 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and press applications are explicitly listed among the supported uses. So you're well within the intended scope. The SystemStak design also helps cut down on external leakage paths, which matters a good bit in press environments where fluid cleanliness and tight control are expected.
