Flow rate on this one is 60 LPM, that enough to keep up with a press or die casting setup running pretty regular cycles?

For press and die casting applications, 60 litres per minute is right in the working range this valve was built for. Both of those are listed as intended applications, so the flow capacity aligns with what those circuits typically demand. Just make sure your system is sized to stay within that 60 LPM ceiling and you should be in good shape.
