Flow rate on this one goes up to 200 LPM, is that enough for press applications or would it be cutting it close?

For most press applications, 200 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. Press work is one of the listed application areas for this valve, so it's sized with that kind of duty in mind. Whether it's cutting it close depends on your specific circuit demands, but the flow capacity here is not a limiting factor for typical press setups.
