flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough for press applications or is it gonna be cutting it close?

For press use, 80 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity and falls well within what that type of application typically demands. This valve is actually listed with press as one of its intended uses, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't built for. As long as your system requirements don't exceed that flow figure, you should be in good shape running it on a press setup.
