What kind of applications is this valve actually built for? We run a pretty mixed shop, got press work and some die casting lines both going at once.

Quite a few heavy industrial setups fall right in line with what this valve handles. Press use and die casting are both explicitly covered, along with machine tool work, primary metal and foundry environments, marine and offshore use, test equipment, and turbine control systems for wind, steam, and water. Running both press and die casting lines off the same valve spec is a realistic fit here.
