flow rate on this thing is listed at 115 liters per minute, is that gonna hold up running press and die casting equipment back to back, or is it more suited for lighter duty cycles?

For press and die casting work, 115 liters per minute is a solid flow rate and falls right in line with what those applications typically demand. The valve is specifically listed for both die casting and foundry environments as well as press applications, so it's not a stretch to run it across those uses. Whether back-to-back duty cycles push it depends on your system pressure and circuit design, but the valve itself isn't undersized for that kind of work.
