Flow rate on this thing tops out at 80 litres per minute, is that gonna hold up running a press or some foundry equipment, or is that more of a light-duty number?

Presses and die casting or foundry setups are actually listed as intended applications for this valve, so 80 litres per minute is sized with that kind of work in mind. It handles three- or four-way directional control, which lines up well with the sequencing and actuation demands those machines put on a hydraulic circuit. Not a light-duty figure by any stretch.
