Flow rate on this one shows 80 liters per minute. That enough to run a press application without starving the circuit?

For press work, 80 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity and fits well within what most press circuits are asking of a directional control valve at this size class. The valve is specifically listed for press applications, so it's not a stretch to put it there. Keep in mind this is a three- or four-way configuration, which gives you flexibility depending on how your circuit is laid out. The 30-watt solenoid is on the efficient side, so heat contribution from the valve itself stays manageable even in a production environment.
