If I'm usin' this in a marine application, will the seals hold up to typical hydraulic fluids you see on a boat?

Buna-N seals are a good general purpose option, so it should be compatible with a wide range of fluids.

got a press line running three-way control and need something that'll handle decent flow without swapping out the whole manifold setup, this valve fit that kind of application?

Press applications are actually one of the core uses this valve was built around, and three-way directional control is right in its wheelhouse. Flow capacity tops out at 80 litres per minute, so as long as your circuit stays within that range you're in good shape. It mounts on industry-standard surfaces, so dropping it into an existing manifold setup shouldn't require any major rework on your end.
