what all industries is this valve actually built for? got a few different machines and trying to figure out if one part covers more than one application

Covers a pretty wide range. Die casting and foundry work, machine tools, presses, primary metal production, paper industry, marine and offshore setups, test equipment, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water applications. So yeah, one valve model can realistically serve across several different types of equipment depending on your setup.
