How wide is this Vickers valve? Trying to figure out if it'll fit where the old one was.

Flow rate on this thing says 700 litres per minute, is that enough for press or die casting work, or is it more suited to lighter duty stuff?

For press applications and die casting, 700 litres per minute is a serious flow capacity. Those environments tend to demand high-volume, high-cycle valve performance, and this valve was built with exactly those use cases in mind. Die casting and foundry work are both listed application types, so you're not pushing it outside its intended range at all.
