Would this fit on a standard industrial mount, or does it need something special?

This valve is designed to mount on industry-standard surfaces, so you shouldn't need any special adapters or anything like that for a typical setup.

Flow rate on this thing says 700 litres per minute, is that enough for a high-volume press circuit running continuous cycles?

For most press applications, 700 litres per minute is a substantial capacity. Pilot-operated directional valves in this size range are built to handle exactly that kind of high-flow demand, and press equipment is listed as one of the intended application types for this valve. If your circuit is sized around flow rates in that neighborhood, this fits right in line with what the valve was built to handle.
