Does this kit come with everything needed to add load sensing to an existing piston pump, or do you have to source extra parts separate?

You won't need to track down individual components, it comes packaged as a complete compensator assembly, so you can go straight to installation on your compatible Danfoss or Eaton piston pump without sourcing anything additional.
