flow rate on this one goes up to 700 LPM, that enough for a high-volume press line or are we pushing it?

For press applications, 700 litres per minute is a substantial capacity, and the DG5V-8 series is explicitly listed as suited for press environments. The two-stage pilot-operated design handles high-flow demand without the instability you can get from a direct-acting valve at those volumes. If your press circuit is running near that upper boundary consistently, just make sure your system is sized to support the pilot supply the valve needs to operate correctly.
