Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, that enough to handle a decent-sized die casting setup without the valve becoming a bottleneck?

For die casting applications, 700 liters per minute is a solid capacity. That kind of flow headroom means the valve is unlikely to be your limiting factor in most production-scale setups. It's also explicitly listed as suited for die casting and foundry environments, so the design intent lines up with that use case. Just make sure your system hydraulic connections and pump output are sized to take advantage of it.
