Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, that kind of capacity hold up alright on press and die casting setups, or is that more of a ceiling you wouldn't want to push regular?

For press and die casting work, 700 liters per minute is a serious flow capacity. That rating covers the upper range of what heavy-cycle industrial equipment typically demands, so it's not a number you'd be bumping against constantly under normal operation. Die casting in particular benefits from valves that can handle surge demand without choking flow, and this one is spec'd for exactly that kind of environment. Running it at or near peak would depend on your system design, but the valve itself is rated and built for those industrial categories.
