Reckon this'll bolt right up to any standard surface, or am I gonna need some kinda adapter?

This Vickers valve is designed for easy mounting on industry-standard surfaces, so you shouldn't need any adapters.

flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, is that enough to run a press application without choking the system?

For press applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial flow capacity. That puts it well above what most mid-range press systems demand, so you're unlikely to see flow restriction become a bottleneck under normal operating conditions. The valve is explicitly rated for press use, so it's built with that duty in mind.
