Is this valve something I could use in a machine tool setup?

flow rate on this one is 80 lpm, that right? we're running a press line and need to make sure it keeps up before we order

Correct, 80 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve. For press applications that's a solid match, and press work is actually one of the listed use cases for this model, so you're in the right ballpark.
