Will this here valve work to replace a DG4V 3S 6A M U H5 60 on my old Cincinnati Milacron injection molding machine?

This DG4V valve is built to the D03 (NG6) subplate mounting interface, so as long as your current valve also uses that standard, it should be a direct fit.

been trying to track down a replacement for our vickers directional valve on a press line -- does this one mount to a standard D03 subplate or do we need something special?

Standard D03 subplate mounting, also referred to as NG6, so it'll drop right into place on any manifold or subplate assembly built to that interface. No special adapter or custom footprint needed. Pretty common setup on machine tool and press equipment, so chances are good your existing subplate is already compatible.
