Flow rate on this one is listed at 40 litres per minute, that enough for a press application, or is it gonna be pushing its limits?

For press applications, 40 litres per minute is a reasonable working figure, and press use is explicitly one of the supported applications for this valve. Whether it's enough depends on your circuit's demand at peak stroke, but the valve isn't being stretched outside its intended purpose when used on press equipment. If your system runs well within that flow ceiling, you've got good headroom.
