flow rate on this valve is 40 LPM, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with what we got running on our press circuit

Forty litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so if your press circuit stays within that range you're in good shape. It handles three- or four-way directional control, which covers most press applications without issue. Just make sure your system demand doesn't push past that ceiling and you should be fine.
