If I'm usin' this in a marine environment, will that Buna-N seal hold up okay?

Buna-N is a pretty common seal material, so it should do the job in most marine settings, but you'll want to double-check it's compatible with the specific fluids and conditions to be sure.

Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough for a press application or is it gonna be cutting it close?

For press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and fits right in the middle of what most press circuits actually demand. This valve is specifically called out for press use in its application list, so it's not a stretch to run it there. Whether it's enough really comes down to your cylinder sizing and cycle speed, but the flow capacity itself isn't the limiting factor for typical press work.
