Got a 35VPF that's been losing pressure gradual-like and figured it was time to rebuild it. This the cartridge kit I'd need to do that job right?

For a rotating group rebuild on the 35VPF, yeah, this is the correct kit. It contains the internal cartridge assembly components needed to restore pump performance without pulling the whole unit off the machine and replacing it outright. Vickers built these kits specifically for that pump model, so you're getting OEM-compatible parts rather than something cobbled together from aftermarket stock.
