flow rate on this thing rated at 700 LPM -- that hold up across all the configurations, or just specific setups?

700 liters per minute is the rated maximum flow for this valve. It covers the DG5V 10 series across its three-way and four-way configurations, so you're not limited to a particular setup to hit that number. Worth keeping in mind that your actual system flow will still depend on line sizing, pressure drop, and how the circuit is built, but the valve itself is rated to handle up to that capacity.
