How fast can this valve handle flow? I'm running a system that really pushes the fluid.

got a two-stage valve setup on our press line and we're pulling close to 600 LPM at peak load. this unit rated to handle that kind of flow without choking down?

At 700 litres per minute max flow, you've got a solid buffer above your 600 LPM peak. Two-stage directional valves like this one are built for exactly that kind of high-demand press application, so you're well within the rated capacity. Just make sure your circuit is sized to match on both the inlet and return sides and you won't have any issues there.
