flow rate on this one shows 600 liters per minute -- is that enough for most mid-size hydraulic systems or is it more suited for bigger setups?

For mid-size systems, 600 liters per minute is actually on the higher end of what you'd typically need. Most mid-range hydraulic circuits run well below that threshold, so this valve gives you solid headroom without restricting flow. It's better suited for applications where demand can spike, or where you're running multiple actuators and need the circuit protected without choking the line.
