flow rate on this thing is listed at 300 liters per minute, is that enough for most industrial hydraulic setups or is that on the lower end?

For a pressure control valve, 300 liters per minute puts it well within range for a broad class of industrial hydraulic circuits. Heavy-duty systems with very high-volume demands might push past that, but for pressure relief and regulating applications where you're mainly working to cap the maximum pressure in a circuit, that capacity handles substantial fluid volumes without issue. If your system is running in that ballpark or below, you're in good shape with this valve.
