flow rate on this one is listed at 60 LPM, that enough for most machine tool setups or is it gonna be a bottleneck on heavier cycles?

For the majority of machine tool applications, 60 liters per minute is plenty. Most standard machining circuits run well within that range, so you're not likely to hit a wall unless you're pushing something unusually high-demand. The valve is built specifically with machine tool and general industrial use in mind, so the flow capacity lines up with what those environments typically require.
