Flow rate on this one is listed at 94 litres per minute, that enough to handle a press application without starving the circuit?

For press applications, 94 litres per minute is a solid flow capacity and falls well within the range this valve is built for. Press use is one of the listed application types, so it's not a stretch to put it there. Just make sure your system demand at peak cycle doesn't consistently push right up against that ceiling, because running a directional valve at or near its rated flow continuously can increase pressure drop across the spool and generate more heat than you'd want over a long shift.

Will this directional control valve bolt right up to standard industrial surfaces, or am I gonna need some kind of adapter plate?

This Vickers valve is easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces, so you shouldn't need any adapters for most common setups.
