flow rate on this one is listed at 100 liters per minute -- is that enough for most standard pressure relief setups or is it on the lower end?

For a lot of common hydraulic circuit applications, 100 liters per minute lands right in a workable range. Pressure relief valves at this flow capacity handle plenty of industrial and mobile equipment configurations without issue. Whether it's enough really comes down to your system's demand, but it's not a light-duty rating by any stretch.
