flow rate on this thing is listed at 115 liters per minute, that enough to handle a press application without starving the circuit?

For press use, 115 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity. Vickers lists press applications as one of the intended uses for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system isn't pushing beyond that flow ceiling, you shouldn't have any starvation issues at the valve itself.
