flow rate on this one is 40 LPM, that enough for a machine tool setup runnin multiple actuators off the same line?

On machine tool applications with multiple actuators pulling from the same line simultaneously, that number can get eaten up fast depending on cylinder bore sizes and cycle speeds. If your actuators are running in sequence rather than all at once, 40 LPM tends to stretch a good bit further.
