flow rate on this one go up to 454 liters a minute -- that right? trying to make sure it'll keep up with what we're running on the line

454 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on that valve. If your circuit is pushing close to that ceiling, you're in good shape. Anything well under that number and you've got plenty of headroom for consistent pressure regulation without stressing the unit.
