flow rate on this one is 80 LPM -- that enough for press and die casting work or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. It's not a high-volume valve, but it handles the demands of those applications without being the weak link in your circuit. Die casting and press equipment were both listed as intended applications for this valve, so it was built with those environments in mind. If your system is running at or below that 80 LPM threshold, you're in good shape.
