Product Questions & Answers

Reckon this would be okay in a die casting setup?
Question by: Brett B on Nov 11, 2025, 9:31 PM
This SystemStak valve is designed specifically for applications like die casting and foundry work, so it should be well-suited for that environment. It's also used in machine tools, marine/offshore applications, presses, primary metal, paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control, so it's pretty versatile.

Got a press line running hard most days and been looking at SystemStak valves to clean up some of the hydraulic connections mess we got going on. This DGMFN 3 X A1H 41 rated to handle that kind of workload, and what's the flow capacity on it?
Question by: Kurt H on Jan 2, 2026, 2:31 PM
Rated at 60 liters per minute, so it's got decent capacity for press applications. The SystemStak design is really where it earns its keep in setups like yours. Stacking the valves eliminates a lot of the external hydraulic connections that causes leakage points and adds install time. Fewer fittings, fewer connections, less to chase down when something starts weeping. It's also built with nitrile seals, which hold up well in press environments. The contamination resistance is another plus when you're running a busy line that doesn't get cleaned up as often as it probably should.
