flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute -- that enough to run it on a press line without choking out?

For press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and falls well within what most standard press circuits expect from a directional control valve in this class. The DG4V series was built with press work in mind, so that pairing is not accidental. As long as your system demand does not push past that ceiling, you should not run into flow restriction issues at the valve.
