flow rate on this one says 380 LPM, that hold up in continuous duty setups or is that more of a peak number?

380 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and the solenoid runs at 30 watts, which puts it squarely in continuous-duty territory. A lot of press and machine tool applications run these kinds of valves around the clock without issue. The wattage spec is what really tells the story on continuous use, and 30W is well within what's considered appropriate for that kind of demand.
