Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, is that enough to run a press application without starving the circuit?

For press work, 80 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity and falls well within what these valves are rated to handle in that kind of environment. Press applications are actually one of the listed uses for this valve, so it was built with that duty in mind. Just make sure your system demand at peak cycle doesn't push past that 80 LPM ceiling, and you should be in good shape.
