what all industries is this valve actually built for? got a press system and a turbine setup and tryin to figure out if one valve covers both

Will this Vickers valve work okay in a marine environment, like on a boat?

Given its applications include marine and offshore uses, this Vickers proportional valve is suitable for those environments. The Buna-N seal material should hold up well in demanding conditions, too.
