flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- is that gonna hold up running a press circuit that cycles pretty regular throughout a shift?

80 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity, so a press application is well within what this valve was built for. Press equipment is actually one of the listed application types for the DG4V-3 series, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't meant to handle. As long as your circuit demand stays within that 80 LPM ceiling, you should be in good shape running it through a full production shift.
