flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough to handle press or die casting work without bogging down?

For most press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute gives you plenty of headroom. Those applications are specifically listed as intended uses for this valve, so it's built with those flow demands in mind. As long as your system requirements fall within that ceiling, you shouldn't run into any capacity issues under normal operating conditions.
