flow rate on this one says 60 liters per minute, is that enough for press and die casting work or is it cutting it close for those applications?

For press and die casting use, 60 liters per minute is right in the working range this valve was built for. Both of those applications are listed as intended uses, so you're not pushing the edge of what it's rated to handle. It's also spec'd for primary metal processing, which tends to have similarly demanding flow requirements. As long as your system is sized to match that flow capacity, you should be in good shape running it in either of those environments.
