flow rate on this one is listed at 200 liters per minute -- that enough to handle a press application runnin pretty hard cycles?

For press applications, 200 liters per minute is a solid nominal flow rate and fits right in the wheelhouse of what this valve series is built for. Press is actually one of the listed application types, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't meant for. Just make sure your system is sized to support that flow demand on the supply side and you should be in good shape.
