Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough for press work or die casting setups running pretty heavy demand?

For most press and die casting applications, 80 liters per minute holds up well. Those industries are specifically called out as fits for this valve, so it's not a stretch to say it was sized with that kind of load in mind. If your system is running at or below that flow rate, you should be in good shape.
