Flow rate on this one listed at 80 litres per minute, that enough for a continuous-duty press circuit, or is it gonna be working too hard?

For continuous-duty press applications, 80 litres per minute is a reasonable capacity and the 18-watt solenoid on this valve is built for that kind of sustained operation. It's not a valve that needs to be cycled on and off to recover, it's rated to handle directional shifting in circuits that run steady. Just make sure your system demand stays within that flow ceiling and you won't be pushing it beyond its limits.
