Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough for press applications or is it gonna be tight on higher-demand cycles?

For most press setups, 80 liters per minute is solid. That flow capacity puts it well within range for the kind of mid-to-high demand cycles you'd see on industrial presses, and the valve is specifically called out for press applications alongside primary metal processing and die casting work. If your system is running right at the edge of that number, you'd want to verify your circuit demands, but for typical press use it holds up fine.
