flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that gonna hold up running it on a press application, or is that more of a ceiling number you don't want to push?

80 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and press applications are actually one of the use cases it's built around. That said, like any valve, running it right at the rated ceiling continuously puts more wear on the internals over time. For a press setup, staying at or below that number under normal cycling conditions is the right call. The valve carries CSA approval and runs on 20 watts, so it's not a lightweight component by any means.
