flow rate on this valve is listed at 95 LPM but the features mention 350 L/min somewhere too -- which one actually applies to this specific model?

The 95 litres per minute figure is the rated flow for the FAR1-12-S-0-9 specifically. The 350 L/min reference is a series-level ceiling that covers the broader FAR1-12 lineup, not every individual valve in it. For sizing your circuit, work with the 95 LPM number on this one.
