Running a refuse hauler and need something that'll hold up to 5000 psi without giving me grief, this valve rated for that kind of pressure?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that rating lines up exactly with what you're describing. The SV13-12V-C-0-240AGH is built from hardened and ground steel, so it's not a lightweight component. Refuse hauler work is one of the listed applications for this valve, so it's not like you're pushing it outside its intended use.
