Running this on a refuse hauler right now and been real happy with it, but got another unit we're trying to spec out. Does this valve hold up to 5000 psi, or is that just a peak rating?

5000 psi (350 bar) is the rated operating pressure for this valve, so you're not looking at a momentary spike rating. It's built from hardened and ground steel, which is part of why it holds up in that kind of service. Refuse hauler duty is exactly the kind of application this series was put together for, so you're in good shape speccing it for the second unit.
